What is a credit?
Credits pay for the searches the Local SEO tools make. A search in a scheduled scan uses 1 credit and a scan you start yourself uses 2; a business search uses 4, and adding a listing uses 9. Each listing has its own monthly credits. Client Acquisition and the Rank Checker draw on the credits of all your listings together.
Which countries does it work in?
Map scans and business searches run in 240 countries. The country and the search language are set for each listing.
How does the agent write replies?
The Orion AI Agent reads the review and what it knows about the business, and drafts a reply in the business’s voice. You read it, change what you like, and copy it onto your Google profile.
